At Beauty Bristle, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. Eligible products may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

By purchasing from beautybristle.shop, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1.1 Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.

1.2 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must generally:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging and included accessories
  • Show no signs of misuse, intentional damage, or improper care
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Because makeup brushes are personal beauty tools, products that have been used, washed, or exposed to cosmetic products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless they arrived defective or damaged.

1.3 Free Returns

Beauty Bristle offers free returns for eligible products within the 30-day return period.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. Once the request is approved, we will provide return instructions and information about the available return method.

Do not return an order without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

1.4 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product
  • An item is missing from your order

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

1.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not qualify for return:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Used, washed, or visibly contaminated makeup brushes
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
  • Products missing original components or packaging
  • Items not purchased directly from beautybristle.shop
  • Gift cards or promotional credits, where applicable

This limitation does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the description.

1.6 Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email support@beautybristle.shop.
  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
  3. Attach photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  5. Package the product securely and follow the provided return procedure.

1.7 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original expedited shipping charges, when applicable, may not be refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Standard worldwide shipping is free.

1.8 Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If the order cannot be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

1.9 Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not always be available. When an exchange cannot be processed, we may issue a refund so that the customer can place a new order.
